Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union (FCU), a prominent $4.2 billion-asset institution in Minnesota, has signed a multi-year agreement with Lumin Digital to revolutionize its digital banking services. This strategic move aims to elevate the online and mobile banking experience for its 265,000 members.
Through this partnership, Affinity Plus FCU will leverage Lumin Digital’s cloud-based platform to introduce an array of new features, including customized spending insights, financial guidance, tailored savings goals, and enhanced fraud protection.
Maha Brauch, Director of Digital Services at Affinity Plus FCU, emphasized, “We are dedicated to providing a best-in-class digital banking experience to our members and investing in technology that will help them reach their financial goals.”
The credit union’s technology stack will continue to include the Episys core processing system from Jack Henry subsidiary Symitar and the Architect platform from Fiserv. Brauch noted that Lumin Digital’s “speed to market, conversion track record, advanced technology stack, and uptime statistics” were pivotal in their decision.
Lumin Digital also serves other notable clients, including State Department Federal Credit Union, Community Financial Credit Union, and Eagle Federal Credit Union.
