TORONTO, July 31, 2025 — Aviva has appointed Navinder (“Nav”) Dhillon as the new CEO of Aviva Canada, effective August 1, pending regulatory approval. In his new role, Nav will report to Aviva Group CEO Amanda Blanc and join the Aviva Group Executive Committee.
Nav Dhillon, who joined Aviva Canada in December 2022 as Chief Financial Officer, brings extensive leadership experience from prior roles at RSA Canada Group, Intact Financial Corporation, and EY, where he helped build the insurance advisory practice across North America and Europe.
Amanda Blanc, Group CEO of Aviva plc, praised Nav’s track record:
