Eurobank is launching a new strategic AI initiative, working with Fairfax Digital Services, EY (through its AI & Data Centre of Excellence in Greece) and Microsoft. The project will develop a scalable, automated system that embeds “agentic AI” into the bank’s core operations — moving beyond traditional automation to AI systems that learn, adapt and act autonomously. The platform will be built on Microsoft Azure and the EY.ai Agentic Platform, supported by NVIDIA-accelerated computing, allowing the bank to scale intelligent systems, enhance operational agility, efficiency and deliver highly personalised customer experiences.
