Swiss Re launches Next-Gen Digital Claims Administration Platform

Swiss Re (Zurich) has introduced a new end-to-end digital Claims Administration Platform, designed to help insurers cut costs, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience amid increasing claims volumes and an industry-wide talent shortage. 

The new platform integrates with Swiss Re’s ACE digital claims portal and CARE automated decisioning engine, offering a fully unified claims management system. By leveraging proprietary risk management technology, the platform delivers:

– Advanced analytics for smarter decisions
