TD Securities (TDS) has officially integrated its Public Finance business, previously operated under TD Securities (USA) LLC, into TD Financial Products. The unified platform is now fully operational and positioned to enhance efficiency and client service.
This strategic consolidation combines traditional voice trading with advanced algorithmic trading capabilities. Clients will gain access to a streamlined platform offering personalized service backed by data-driven analytics, improved market insights, and greater operational efficiency. Despite the shift toward automation, TDS confirmed that its voice trading desk will remain a key pillar of service, now strengthened with new analytical tools and automated solutions.
Matthew Schrager, Managing Director and Co-Head of Automated Trading at TDS, emphasized that the integration delivers “the best of both worlds”—trusted voice trading enhanced by innovative technology. Rick Fogliano, Head of Municipal Products, added that the transition goes beyond efficiency, creating an environment where top industry professionals can thrive at the intersection of finance and technology.
