Oney and Habit Partner with Deporvillage to Offer Embedded Insurance for Sports Equipment

BARCELONA – Oney Servicios Financieros and Oney Insurance have partnered with Habit, an embedded insurance platform, to provide tailored insurance solutions for Deporvillage, a leading European online sports retailer. This collaboration aims to enhance the customer experience by seamlessly integrating Accidental Damage Insurance for fitness equipment and mobility products into Deporvillage’s sales channels, both physical and soon online. 

Starting immediately, Deporvillage customers can access embedded insurance products designed to protect their purchases. Initial offerings include: 

  • Accidental Damage Insurance for fitness and gym machines (1- or 2-year plans). 
  • Accidental Damage and Theft Insurance for mobility products like bicycles and scooters. 
  • (Coming Soon) Electronic Equipment Insurance for various sports electronics. 

These insurance solutions are currently available in Deporvillage’s physical stores, with online integration launching soon. 

This partnership aligns with Oney’s commitment to providing innovative financial services and insurance solutions. By leveraging Habit’s technology, Oney offers seamless embedded insurance at the point of sale.
